JOIN the band of RVRC members supporting Rainier Valley Seattle, WA community programs.

**  RVRC members tutor at the SE Seattle schools and distribute Rotary dictionaries.

**  RVRC  supports Franklin HS STEM & Robotics programs. RVRC has provided 9th grade science teacher stipends and is one of the community sponsors for Franklin HS team XBOT, a nationally recognized FIRST robotics program.  Visit www.xbotrobotics.org for more information. The FHS - Seattle, WA students  that we serve: 95% students of color, 80% free/reduced lunch, 50% from English Language Learner Homes -

Inspiring the neXt Generation of Innovators - One Robot at a Time


**  RVRC  supported the Wind Turbine students from Franklin HS and Cleveland HS. They competed at the American Wind Energy Association (AWEA)  WindPower 2016 conference. They finished 7th and 8th in the nation with their unique wind turbine blade designs. 

**  RVRC  is partnering with the Franklin HS wood shop to create Little Free Libraries. We plan to have FHS students cut/build LFL and then have a decorating session during 2017. RVRC launched our LFL project at the Rainier Valley Heritage Day 2014.
